At the core of a successful IT project is proper planning. It is thus no coincidence that we at Simplex spend an inordinately long time in the planning phase of a project. We ensure that all aspects of the project such as human resources, budgets, equipment etc are adequate to the see the project through. This we achieve by having an extensive project chartering session with stakeholders and coming up with an immutable Project Plan and Charter.

Quality does not happen by accident, it has to be inculcated at all phases of the project. We achieve this by analyzing progress against plan, reporting systems, quality of stakeholder interactions, output against scope to determine how well the project is tracking towards its stated objectives.

Each project faces some form of risk. At Simplex, we help you identify all the possible risks that can occur in your project. We don't leave it there. We also assist you in coming up with risk mitigation strategies to counter each risk factor. This we do continually through out the life of the project. This way, we eliminate factors that can threaten the very existence of the project.

“Initiation to Delivery”. Once you engage our services, it is our duty and responsibility to deliver the project in line with the intended objectives. We take away from you the worry and the hustle of having to oversee a myriad of project activities. This is especially critical if the project has multiple vendors and providers. We ensure all these parties are playing their part effectively ad timely. As client you’ll only perform a project oversight role as we handle the details.
